How can I track my package?

After your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email that will include a link for you to track your package. You just need to click on the link and you will be able to see the progress of your package.

How long does it take to arrive? 

It varies depending on where our customers are located. Usually it takes between 7 to 20 days to be delivered. 

My delivery status is not updating, why? 

Do not worry ! In most cases, minor concerns will temporarily mask the progress of your package. Please rest assured that your package is still progressing to get delivered to you. If the package exceeds the expected delivery time, do not hesitate to contact your post office by giving them the tracking code of your package. They will be happy to help you. Also, we will be more than happy to help you out:)

My order has been sent. Why can't I see the tracking information? 

We always make sure that tracking information will be emailed to you after your purchase. If you don't see them, please feel free to contact us at support@venchs.com and we'll be happy to give you your tracking information which includes your package tracking code if it is available. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What currency do you use on the site? 

We actually use the currency USD. However, you can buy from our site with your local currency or even your preferred currency.

Are my payments secure? 

Yes ! Our website is PCI compliant, which means we have a high level secure environment that prevents and blocks any attempted fraud or hacking.

My order has not arrived! 

First, be sure to verify its whereabouts with the tracking information we sent you. If the package says it is delivered, try contacting your post office to explain the problem. If you cannot solve the problem with the post company, we will make sure to refund you as our main goal is to create total satisfaction for our customers.

I need to update my delivery address

Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give you your new delivery address. If the package has already been sent, the delivery address cannot be updated, hence the importance of notifying us quickly when your delivery address is updated! 

I have to cancel my order!

Sometimes someone changes their mind. Therefore, if you need to cancel your order, please try to notify us as soon as possible. If the order has already been sent, we will not be able to cancel it.

I wish to be refunded

We strongly suggest that you review our refund policy to make sure you meet the refund terms. The refund policy is located at the bottom of each of our pages.
